Was the Melbourne Poster done by Jeff?

Noticed the Deranged Diction shirt on the skater and the Tone pick flying around... Thought it might've been done by Jeff, or maybe it's supposed to be Jeff? Can't really tell.

    Could be by Jeff but would he do one based (maybe) on himself?? Prob not Im thinking.
