Jingle Bells in Walmart commercial?

its pretty stupid, but Ive given google a good look and cant seem to find anything about this commercial. Its a new one by walmart and they play jingle bells with an acoustic guitar in the background, some girl singing "something something when Id rather be having christmas time by the tree" then the guitar kicks in. I think it sounds cool and would like to be able to play it like that rather than just on note at a time. If you havent heard it, it sounds like chords are being used with a little slide to it or something. Im not the best with guitar lingo I just know how to play.
Anyway curious if anyone knew where I could find an online version of the song to either practice from or tabs of a similar way to play it would be great. I only figured out the little change at the end of it which wasnt hard but cant seem to find the right sound for the actual song.
to see if I am on the right track this is how I think the end of it goes. Its just tough cuz everytime I see the commercial I dont have my guitar new by. Just before I was walking through the kitchen and it came on. any help is greatly appreciated. Its just one of those things that has been driving me crazy. Thanks
