  • I don't think the grunge movement would have happened w/o hair metal either. Sorta like Punk wouldn't have happened without glam rock.
    Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

    I would agree gnr paved they way for harder rock on the radio. then nirvana paved over them.
