Can't figure out the song....

So i had this beat and part of a lyric stuck in my head all day and can't figure out what son it's from.

The lyric goes, "Im spinning, spinning" and its a softer song. Its really hard to describe. Its NOT Spin the black circle.

This has been bugging me since like 2. Please helpp
