I don't know if this is legal or how these things roll...but...I've spotted Backspacer poster and vinyl in Slovenian TV commercial.
Commercial is advertising some mobile phone deal by mobile phone operator Si.mobil that offers music downloads.
It isn't really obvious but still.. I guess I am excited about my discovery because Slovenia and Pearl Jam don't end up together very often

The worst enemies of music? Money and Mathematics. Combined with music, they both do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do. Money makes music cheap, mathematics makes it stupid and predictable.
