Are refunds allowed?

Say I buy a shirt or jacket that is too small or too big, does Ten Club allow refunds?
A child's rhyme stuck in my head...
It said "Life is nothing but a dream."
I've spent so many years in question
To find I'd known this all along.

    They have always been good about accommodating exchanges, refunds, etc. Just be sure to shoot an email to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@tenclub.net">shipping@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> before sending something back.
