Just in case you hate a crowd because the ebantown is crazy with after work people anyway on Fridays that it will be stuffed in there.

Right around Corner from Beantown Pub is Silvertones which is decent spot.

On Kingston St just around corner from Opera House are a trio of places. Couple are shit but they are close.

JJ FOLEY'S, THE GOOD LIFE AND KINGSTON STATION.

JJ FOLEYS IS THE BEST OF THE 3.

Also, check out Elephant and Castle for an english pub thats decently close as well.

This makes me sound like Norm from Cheers, but i was born and bred in Boston so i know my watering holes.

See ya fri- and sat. should be memorable

PS - FOR NEW YORKERS, DONT GO ALL YANKEE IN A FE WOF THESE BARS. ITS JUST NOT SMAHT

I'm going to JJ Foley's and this bar is much better than BeanTown Pub.

If someone is looking for a more uppity spot (and aren't we all), Felt is right next door to the Opera House. Our own Eddie V. graced Felt with his presence back in 2003 while on your in Boston.

I say we all cram in a cab and drive back to the post-show bar, wherever that is because it'll only be 50 cents a person if the drive is quick enough. After all that drinking, I won't be able to walk!
