2010 Summer Tour Rumours

It's never too early to start.

Who will be touring in 2010? What have the rumours been on the blogs and around the music industry?

I've heard of Roger Waters going on tour performing 'The Wall' in its entirety. This is coming from the Bonnaroo message boards, saying the tour will be similar to his 'Dark Side Of The Moon' tour.

Red Hot Chili Peppers are supposedly recording a new album, hopefully this will mean a summer tour.

Pavement has reunited and keeps leaking out dates. So far, there have been some random shows, All Tomorrow's Parties, heavy Coachella rumours, and confirmed headline spot at Sasquatch!

Faith No More is apparently coming to the states next year.

Other rumours have been the Faces, the Stones, and obviously Pearl Jam.

Any news on Tom Petty?

    I would think Radiohead would do some dates since they have a new album likely to come out....who knows with them, but they seem to tour in the summers.

    I know The Arcade Fire are currently hiding in a studio working on a new album. Probably out late spring. You'll see a tour from them next summer...

    i've been waiting for tom petty rumors to pop up but haven't heard anything yet. he's coming out with a live box set so maybe we'll see some shows in the summer hopefully.

    As much as I'm disinterested in their new album, Muse is touring the US starting in April (that's the rumor at least). I'd like to see them as I've heard their live show is really good.

    This isn't really a rumor but I'm hoping for a bigger Pixies tour next year. I couldn't make any of shows.

    All I really ask for at this point is Tom Petty. Nothing says summer like Petty.

    Smashing Pumpkins apparently added Dave Navarro, so we should see how this plays out...

    U2 are obviously touring as they already have dates announced.
