State College - five years ago today

Still one of my favorite shows and memories. I can't believe its been 5 years. We've had 2 leap years since then, so that show was on a Saturday just like today.

    And Buffalo was five years ago yesterday. Two of the all-time great Pearl Jam concerts on back-to-back nights, and I had the privilege of attending them both. :)

    Wow, 2003 was an amazing year. Hard to believe it's been 5 already. State College was unbelievable...what I had hoped for, going to the last show of that leg, but didn't actually expect to get..."the longest show in the history of Pearl Jam." And it was SPONTANEOUS unlike Boston 3 or whatever :)

    The spectrum show was the most intense show ive ever been to. when yuo listen to the boot the crowd is louder than eddie on alive. its insane. i walked out of there feeling like I fought 10 rounds. state college the most fun

    great show, and great show the night before in buffalo, such great intensity throughout the crowd at both, although, i really enjoyed a different one of the improvs than the one that was mentioned

    Hey, where was your brother during this show??? Shouldn't he have been with you for this once in a lifetime show??? All I know is, if I had a brother who was in State College at the time, I would have got him a ticket. Here's hoping that your brother will one day see Release as an opener.
