Bake Sale!

One of my friends is moving to Ghana for 6 months to volunteer in a leprosy centre this January and to raise funds for the trip she's having a bake sale on wednesday. I'm not the worst baker in the world but I really need help and some recipes for stuff that I could make!

Any ideas of good recipes would be awesome and any advice if you guys have had experience with this sort of thing! :P
