a friend asked me to pick one up for her, so of course i did....had to get a mailer, mail it......and now see she probably could've gotten the exact same thing direct from the 10c, cheaper.... :| bummer. so much for good intentions.....yikes...

true...just hope it adds up to more than the extra $3 cost + mailer + postage.
    edit - nope!
    keychain + shipping = $15 total.
    at the show, initial cost of $15 + mailer (1.09) + postage (1.73) = $17.82
    sorry AM!
    i tried!

i have to say, honestly...i was surprised pj choose st. chris for this. obviously, i am well versed in it, just seems...odd? for a rock band. granted, it doesn't say 'saint christopher' on it, but even on the site it is listed as such. veeerrrrryyyyyy interesting.....

saint christopher is the patron saint of travelers...thus the "safe travels".
i think usually on the medal it says "saint christopher be my guide" or something like that, meant to help you find your way...

when i was 17 and got my first car, my mother gave me a double medal...with the virgin mary and st. chris....double-whammy to keep me safe.

I think St.Stapp (the patron saint of booze and groupies) was already being used by another 'band.'
I smile, but who am I kidding...

I got mine back around 05-09, I can’t remember but I will never be without it, when I go anywhere I bring it.  I have a ton of stories where really good things happened..

Especially California, last year, I went to 7 shows in five cities….I started off with only tickets to 2.  Friday the 13th in Oakland was flat out amazing energy.  Like we were transported to the Vs Tour.

Great item!  The OG safe travels keychains were from 2009.  I picked mine up at the spectrum shows that year.  Still using it today. 😎
