Scans of Backspacer book version inside/LP notes?

Anywhere I can find scans of the inside of the book version of Backspacer and any liner
notes for the LP. I have both, but they're unopened.

    There's nothing collectible about Backspacer. It's not like it's an original pressing of Sgt. Peppers.
