Backapacer bonus downloads....help!!

Hi there. Been searching forum for help but nae luck yet

I bought the Backspacer CD in Scotland in HMV

the packaging said 2 free downloads

When I putthe cd into the compute the bonus material windo pops up and gives me optiond for wallpaper, band pics, concert downloads etc but no luck.

Any idea what I need to do or am I right in thinking I'm not gonna get my free gigs?

    Clicking on the concert download link should take you to the option to choose which 2 concerts you want to download.
    So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

    When I click on the link, nothing happens! Same with all the other options. Can;t get to the screen which asks me which gigs to choose.

    Should the CD work no matter where you bough the cd?

    It may be too late to download. i just put in my copy to try to get the link, but now when i click on it, it takes me here:
