PASSED MY EXAM! 7 months till Med school is over!

edited November 2009 in All Encompassing Trip
Hey guys, it's been a long and hard road for me (as with anyone in this field) but I passed my Medical Licensing Boards (USMLE Step 2 CK) this week and now am only 7 months away from finishing Med school.

I must have listened to my favorite PJ so many times to try and make me feel better through the long studying process.

Such a relief, now I just have to wait for my Residency applications and see where I will be working next year (fingers crossed)

    Congratulations :D

While I'm here, I've had a sore throat since Monday. Can you help?

    :D
  • congrats on that...7 more months till I'm and Accounting and Information Systems major...Nothing better (apart from graduating) than seeing the first glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for your kind words! I am probably going to go into Internal Medicine cause it offers me the widest range of possible job opportunities in the future. Plus I truly enjoy it as field, so I figure do what I love :-)

Detroit is a great place from what my friends have told me (They are University of Michigan grads). Are you in the city itself or a suburban area?
