Target Bootleg Download Problem

Did anybody else buy their Back Spacer from Target where you got the two free concert downloads? I am having issues downloading once I get the screen with all the "Tomorrow" pics. For some reason, when I click on bootleg (top left box), nothing happens. Did anybody else have issues? Please let me know what I can do to download correctly.
