Has anybody ever done this, and if so, have you come across any problems? What was the estimated price, and do you need to fill out extra forms or anything? Thanks

I ship USPS to Canada and the only issue I have is that they don't do delivery confirmation.

As stated, you do have to fill out an additional customs form.

Other than that, I've never had an issue, can usually get it done for under $20.
