New album 2010

anyone here of an another album comming out in mid 2010. What is everyones thoughts

    i remember in an interview awhile back that mike said something about having enough material left over for an EP or something. But I'm not sure if they've said anything since then

    There were a few interviews where Jeff and Mike said the same thing, that they had enough left over, good material to well on their way with the next album. I could see another album next year, although, I think they said the same with Avocado.. There seems to be more evidence this could happen this time around though.

    Maybe the band realizes their years are limited. The last few albums have been too far apart.. to think, Yield came out 18 months after No Code. Vitalogy barely a year after Vs.

    hopefully they want to put a quick record out after backspacer, definitely would be a nice change considering the amount of time between the last couple. maybe brendan o'brien can convince them to reconvene in the studio sooner rather than later. I know he had some influence on bruce after he produced magic. told bruce he already had half an album done and convinced him to go in and make working on a dream, lets hope something along those lines happens with our boys.

    If they do, hopefully there will not be the quality drop off from Backspacer and the next record that there was between Magic and Working on a Dream.

    I herd something about an album called ToolsRus..dedicated to the gullible, insecure, and easily swayed...sounds like it would be right up your alley..
