Story of Philly and my Daughter

My wife and I had tickets to the Tues/Wed shows, so we drove from Pittsburgh to Philly tuesday morning, went to the shows and was home on Thursday.

When we picked our 4-year-old daughter up from Grandma's house, she asked us, "Did you see Pearl Jam?"

"We sure did!" we said.

She continued, "Did you tell Eddie Vedder that my favowite song is 'Mungst the Waves?"

We laughed and said, "We sure did! He told us he'll play it for you either Friday or Saturday!"

We drove back to Philly on Saturday for the final show (after tues/wed we HAD to go back!) where thankfully, the boys played the song. We got it on video and our daughter is a very very happy girl!! Thanks PJ for one of the most memorable weeks of my life!
The in between is mine.

thanks for sharing that, I love it.

were you the couple in sec 215, row 1 on Sat? Also from Pittsburgh. They were a cool couple that my wife and I sat next to.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to
slide in sideways, BBQ sandwich in one hand, cold beer in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "Woo Hoo what a
    ride"!

We were in section 313 on Saturday. So not the same couple, still cool though. ;)

That is gorgeous! It must make you proud to have a little hardcore fan!
My 4 year old daughter loves Just Breathe and if it's on in the car she wont get out till its finished - she has her own version of the lyrics which make no sense but its still cute!
