I was watching YES but I saw it on twitter or something after they won 82. Definitely crazy.tempo_n_groove said:
You watched on ESPN? I heard them mention that. 92 was the last losing year. Crazy right?Cliffy6745 said:25 straight seasons with a winning record too. That is insane.0 -
Not a fan of having Severino start today. They're getting a pretty good look at him today, though next time he'll be able to put people away.0

Judge and Sanchez back to back home runs makes it move a little.0
-
77 home runs between the 2 and one missed a month and the other disappeared for 2

Now Severino is done for the day. Such a stupid start. So they get a look at him and that's it. So dumb.0

Fuck, I caught the piece just as some of the players were looking like they were going to cry/barf over the spectator hit. They didnt show what happened -- was it a kid that got hit or something?
As much as it is a pain in the ass to have the screens up at Philly this season, it is much easier to sit by the dugout with my easily distracted 12 year old. I was always on super watch and insisted I sit in-between him and the batter. Now I can look at my phone/around the stadium & chill.

Unfortunately it takes something like this for something to happen.I miss igotid880

Yeah, that looked bad. It looked like Holliday was crying. They showed a 2 second glimpse and it looked like a very small kid that they were carrying out, but I am not 100% sure just how young. Was definitely a kid.F Me In The Brain said:Fuck, I caught the piece just as some of the players were looking like they were going to cry/barf over the spectator hit. Honest question? Do kids even want to catch a ball anymore?Cliffy6745 said:

I don't know. Don't have any kids yet. I would imagine. Why wouldn't they?tempo_n_groove said:

Yes, my 12 year old loves it. He came away with 4 the last game of 2016 season. Got 1 from the 3 games this year. He's a hound.
Disturbing that it was a toddler girl. I don't pray but I sure as hell will be hoping good things for her.

Girardi said it sounds like she'll be okay.0

I guess it was a toddler that got hit in the mouth. As bad as that probably is, it's likely better than a straight hit to the head. Hope she's ok.0

This is the most new Yankee Stadium thing ever

Hope the little one is ok.
Judge over 100rbis. Cray... His bat is getting hot again.0 -
This is dumb to not have the nets there, knowing what we know about safety and being able to measure exit velocity.Cliffy6745 said:
