Good luck in the ALDS.  I guess I would rather they play the Yankees than the other two... but all the HR balls/pen give a punchers chance and are scary in a best of 5

I think the Yankees are a more dangerous team than Boston, but we'll see.  Outside of the massive slump, this is a pretty good team.  They had the 2nd best run differential in the AL.

Cleveland is obviously a monster of a team, but as a Yanks fan I love the idea of Bauer starting game 1 over Kluber.  If the Yanks can steal that game, you never know.

Should be a ton of fun.

I would just be nervous about facing Sale twice in 5 games.... even if the Indians knocked him around this year.  I get why they held off Kluber, either way he is available to start 2 games.  Bauer and Carrasco have been nearly as good.
  • If Tanaka and CC can give some good outings and Severino can pull his shit together the Yanks have this.  They have too many bats that are good.

If the Indians are business as usual well, then we have a problem...

Sale is good.  I get it on Bauer/Kluber, I just think they are over thinking it.  Put the best pitcher in the game right now out there first and set the tone.  We shall see.

    Bauer is a nerd.

Even when they were down 3-0 they were still going nuts.

the 2 starters got 7 batters out.
I wonder what the record is for least outs between the the 2 starters.
That game had to be close.

Part of wanted to see what would have happened if they had lost. If they would have kept Girardi

  • That ball to the dick was one of the most hilarious/horrifying baseball moments in a while.  Holy shit.

So what are we thinking people?  I feel like we're playing with house money a little bit.  Been an awesome year regardless of what happens this series.  Cleveland will probably win but fuck it, let's keep this going.  Yanks in 5.

If they make it past Cleveland then shit is on.

The Indians hitting isn't THAT explosive.  The pitching is what's scary.

Yanks start jacking balls out and again, it's on!

Yanks in 5. Both bull pens are sick.

  • Bummed that I will miss the first half of this game tonight, but Yanks in 4. Split the first two games with the Yanks taking both at home to advance.
  • Jesus. Let's get some hits.
