    I got an email from Paypal saying he was refunding me, with his quote "wasn't able to get one at the show itself... sorry dude".

    I wasn't buying one from him from the show. He was offering for sale the one from Ten Club. That's the one I bought from him. I passed on buying one at the show because I already paid him for one... and what do I need two for.

    When he wanted my money, a lot of PM's over a period of a few minutes.

    Now that he's trying to screw me... no PM's. Just a refund notice from Paypal with his note "wasn't able to get one at the show itself... sorry dude".

    This is apples and oranges. He was selling his TenClub poster (which would have cost him $30 plus $10 shipping to him, then $10 shipping to me) which makes sense on why he charged me $50 for a $30 poster. Why he's bringing up "wasn't able to get one at the show itself" has no bearing on our transaction.

    I PM'd him letting him know this is unacceptable.

    Becasue he probably never had a ten club poster and wanted to make $$$ on extra handling to you. He buys two posters at the venue and a tube for $2. Takes them home, posts the poster and tube to you and has recovered half the cost of his poster. What a douche.

    This doesn't make sense. I thought the whole reason for selling it was because he didn't like it??? The ass is probably going to sell it on Ebay.

    i wasnt looking for a poster at all during the show. i paid Starmap3333 days earlier for the 10c one he has being shipped to him.

    the poster sold out during the presale. which is what Im referring to.

    Sort of had a similar situation with tickets to the show. Thought I had a deal for a single, didn't hear anything from the so-called "seller", to later find out that the person "re-listed" the ticket asking for more. Thankfully I had found another ticket. But it sucks when people back out of deals. A person's word is worth less and less these days unfortunately. :oops:

    AMES bros...Barry specifically, did this same shit to me during the Canadian tour poster series a few years back. He sold me two subs for about $700 per. Then, shortly after, they sold out. I put one of the sets up on EBAY and it was bid up to around $1,300. Barry contacted me through ebay and I paid no attention. Then he canceled BOTH my orders from bigpop. He is a tard as well as the guy who did not give you your poster.

    BUT

    you never had delivery so the sale was not complete. Sorry. The seller...AND BARRY AMENT...are both fucknuts.
    but you have no recourse. I got one of the two of my sets from ames. You should be glad you are getting your $50 back...

    that poster sucks almost as much as most of Barry's shit.
