Sorry, but it's been 2 and a half years now. I love that they are touring, and I love Eddie's solo album, but I'm greedy. What's the latest word? 3 years is too long to wait.

There hasnt been much of a word yet. I would guess that it would come out in mid-late 2009.

As a famous golfing priest once said, "Rat fart!" Fall of '09 feels so far away.

Any word on an Oct. Rock the Vote type of tour? Out here on the West coast, we've been kinda screwed, they toured Europe and the East coast twice, but here only once...

I think were looking at Fall 09. I would have said Spring a few months ago but it doesn't seem like they're interested in spending time in the studio right now. Ed has been touring, Matt, Stone & Jeff all have side projects. Even Mike is playing some random shows. I've heard Ed mention that he doesn't like recording in the summer. He prefers Fall or Winter to hit the studio. My guess for a release date is 8/25/09. Fall US tour to follow and then a European/Australian tour in Winter/Spring of 2010.

I think it is going to be spring- at one of the east coast shows Ed did say he has to get back in the studio and finish the next PJ albulm after his tour is done. Think they will have the recording done in January or so, with the albulm out in April or May.

I think alot of it might have to do with Brendan's schedule more than the band's. They've already worked on a few songs with him, and depending what his upcoming projects are, they might go back to the studio sooner rather than later.

If stone and Jeff do much promotion for their solo efforts (which I highly doubt), it could be quite awhile before the bad as a whole is able to reconvene with Brendan.

Man, I wish my boss's brother in law still worked at Southern Tracks :(

They've covered country before and its good. Some of their songs are already country they way it should be.
