I'm so sorry. I can't imagine going through such a thing. I hope the child is all right. I will keep you and yours in my prayers.

I am so sorry- I know the hurt of the unexpected death of your dog. I will pray for peace for you.
It may be Scout was ill- our Britt tried to attack a child, very out of character, before we knew she had a brain tumor. We too then had to put her down. I miss my Maggie Mae though its been many dog lifetimes ago. We had our Scout too-a Jack Russell who passed very young from congenital heart problems just following Maggie. You had your Scout to love although short so forever this will stay in your heart. Its never how long we love but how much. That will never leave you and that love will fill the emptiness you feel now.

My thoughts are with you. Wow, I have had to put pets down and it is so close to losing a a human. I am guessing you did the right thing. That has to be the hardest decision. Did they make you put her down or did you have to make that decision?
Again, sorry to hear about your loss.
