I couldn't quite hear Ed, but my wife says he says that would be their last performance of Alive last night. Can anyone else confirm this?

He was saying something like 'we havent played this LONG (not song) since State college and we won't do it again' or something to that effect.

i thought it was song too, but then once they played Alive my wife told me he said long and not song :)
  • I heard him say that too. But I think he was joking.

Do you really think he would NEVER play Alive again???
  • I thought I heard song too, but long makes just as much sense. Definitely hope it's long. Sometimes I get sick of hearing the same old songs over and over, but Alive is an absolutely great live song.
  • they will play it again in Euroe where the crowd is still Alive
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
    "..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
  • Yeah, he definitely said "the last time we played this LONG was in your state... in State College, PA." Obviously they've played Alive since then and obviously they will never stop playing it
