When your friends have a combined IQ of 25

I was at my mates engagement party today. We were out having a hit of cricket and a kick of the footy, I had to change into shorts, It was hot and I left my phone, keys and wallet in my jeans.

Others retired back to wear we had been sitting, but I stayed out because I really enjoy a social game of cricket. I get back, and the idiots had been on my facebook account on my iPhone updating my status several times, (some were funny, most were crude and had several homosexual connotations, STI inferences) even writing on the wall of this girl from a long time ago, who lets face it, Don't know why she is still on my 'friends list.

What upsets me most about it is not the updates I can handle them, it's a joke, but when my family (can be conservative at times), my old cricket coach (who I have a lot of respect for), the head of the committee of where I work (and I was told by him on Friday that I'm in line to take over when my current boss leaves probably at the end of the year) sees it, that's what bugs me.

They think its all a good joke, and they wouldn't care if people did this to them, because they are going no where in life, and consequences of their actions means nothing to them.

But at the end of the day, they are pretty good guys, but geez I'm pissed off.

That was a pretty shitty thing to do. But you can put on facebook that it wasn't you, that some idiots you know did it.

Plus I think they all owe you a lot of drinks over the next few months to make up for it.

Ah, well done, I was waiting to see if some one would pick me up on that.

You have picked me up on one typo. A bit general to say that I cannot spell , after all, I got the other two-hundred odd words correct. Perhaps my comb has not got as finer teeth as yours :ugeek: :geek:

Perhaps on another night, I may well have been able to see the funny side of your post, however not tonight :!:

Not so sure real friends go through one's personnel items, not to mention messing with your facebook status in a negative way.

Just wan't in the best of moods Cate after pulling several late nights over the past week doing several assginments, then having to clean up this shit.

However, I know these guys are friends, that is not up for question. We've all been through a lot together, too much to question our friendship. They just thought it would be funny. I can see the funny side to it, however, as I said to one, "Every action has a consequence, and I hope that I am not having to deal with the consequences of your actions".
