I picked up a terrible time to sport a 102 temperature. I've got a ticket sitting in my hotel room staring at me after going to the first 3 shows. If temp dips below 100 I'm getting on the subway back to the venue. Section 226, row 12, your welcome for caring that you all don't get sick. Have fun! This SUCKKKKKKS!
You can all berate me for not sucking it up and going.
I had a 101 temp before LA 3. I literally waited till the last minute to go and then decided before I went that if I felt really shitty I would leave. I felt pretty crappy for the first 5 songs or so but then the adrenaline started to flow and you feed off the crowd energy in a positive way. Started to feel a bit better. When cornell came out I immediately understood that I would have killed myself if I stayed home. I said to myself that I absolutely made the right choice and was so glad I made it. When I got home I drank a ton of water/gatorade took my tylenol pm and got some very good sleep. I felt really horrible the next day but did the same for LA 4. I was literally sick for about a week after it was all said and done though. It was absolutely worth it.
I know the thought process right now but if there is 50 percent that thinks you can go, do it. you will feel horrible tomorrow if you go but if this show is what its supposed to be, it won't matter. you will get better and when you get the boot you will be nothing but smiles.
