    what new song?

    title?

    lyrics?

    anything????!!!

At DC I Ed said introduced the song as a song he wrote in a hotel room after the NY shows at 5 oclock in the morning. I don't remember exactly what song it was played after at the show, but I believe (after looking at setlist in Kat's thread at the show) it is titled Unthoughts Known. I don't remember lyrics, but god damn it sounded great.

  • It was called "Unthought Known"
Beautiful song. I keep trying to replay it in my head but I cant.
He said its about not being able to get thoughts out properly.
The chorus was really great. Hope they put it on the DVD....which Im sure they wont.

Someone who got the set list said it was "Unthoughts Known", not Unknown Thoughts, but it may have been a fit of dyslexia.

  • The title is actually Unthought Known, I believe.

Apparently a pick came flying our way Sat. night and people were looking all over for it afterwards and couldn't find it.

Oh, also, TWO WEEKS people!! By the way, they're making a DVD anyway so no worries!

Is this the song that he said "made the little fucker suffer" (the mandalin, which before had called such a little happy instrument)? The song about being in love or something, and afterwards he said the instrumental part of the end of the song symbolized walking around in love (he played the instrumental and looked around at the ceiling like he was in puppy love)? It was good, I only remember a lyric about a waterfall though.

Nah, this song was on guitar and a fast tempo. Only song with "waterfall" in it I can think of is "You're True." I wish he played "Satellite" since they mentioned the WM3. I was gonna yell it out, but I'm sure I would've been chastised by the SHH-ers, who were worst than the yellers by the way.

No way, whatever the song is he played on the mandalin, because he wanted to make the happy instrument suffer. I remember that part, just not necessarily the song. And the SHHers were definitely not worse than the "EDDIE YOU'RE HIGH", "KEEP IT MOVING", "CUBBBBIIIESSS" people, UGH!

Oh, and it was funny when he *mistakenly* mentioned that a symbol on a political shirt looked like the Partiots symbol... oh how the crowd starting roaring NFL. I guess someone yelled out the Steelers (or someother team, I'm not the best with the NFL), because he said something to the extent of "Hey, your team is a fuckin steam engine, c'mon!"
