Trading official bootlegs allowed?

I am looking to acquire a copy certain 2006 Official Bootleg that I just wish I would have bought at the time. Is it OK to offer a trade of a copy of one of my Official Bootlegs for that one on this forum?

    official boots (meaning commercial ones still available) is a no. If the boot is sold in retail outlets or on the website here at 10 club. they may not be traded on this board. As long as it is a non commercial release than it's fine.

    http://www.pearljambootlegs.org has them but I'm not sure what bit rate they're at, in case thats a concern.

    Are they mp3s? I'm picky and get all of mine as FLAC downloads or the discs from 10C. (Just got the 2 LA shows I was at in the mail today!)

    Anybody interested in a trade...?
