Alright Im in Philly now what?

Just arrived at the crowne plaza and getting ready to head out for the night,only going to halloween show.The problem is where the hell do I go?Drove around a bit,huge city.Saw some nice and some bad parts and want to go out for beers and a good time.I dont really want to drive.Got any ideas locals ,or clubbers familiar with philly?Thanx

    Go to Walnut St., it's aboyt 3 blocks south of market st, variety of good bars and clubs

    hop on a plane and come to sydney cause philly is overated
