Its not a topic I've often heard on The Daily Show. Plus I don't think the full interview was aired on tv so you can find the full interview in the site below. Good to see these people getting some air time.

Thanks for posting. I'll check this out later.
  • Thanks for posting the full interview NoK.

Agree, it's great to see them getting some air time, and kudos to Stewart for allowing it to air, even though pressured not to do so. I just wish that they showed more of the interview in the show itself. Anna & Barghouti made so many really important and informed points about US aid to Israel, equal rights, US mainstream media, the Palestinian civil society call for boycott, divestment and sanctions against Israel until it complies with international law, the withholding of water and building materials, (this is exactly the sort of things that are happening that people need to be made aware of), yet they weren't all aired.

Thank you though, to Jon Stewart, for giving them their opportunity to speak. It is not very often that we are able to hear Palestinian voices in our media.

thanks for posting. its hard to not feel biter at jon's bias, as i 've always liked him. on this issue, as much as he plays for neutrality, its obvious which side he's on. at least he was respectful and allowed them to voice their side.

its great to see this point of view on the daily show. thank you for posting.

Agreed its obvious he is slightly biased when it comes to this topic but as you said at least he has the character to allow them to voice their opinions. I respect that.
