has anyone seen scalpers outside the past couple nights?
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

I gotta figure someone on here or in the lot will have extras the day of the show.

I saw one Tuesday. I was going to eat my 10c ticket. He asked me if I had an extra I said yes. He asked me what I wanted for it. I said $40. He said $20. I told him to get lost. He said 'what are you going in with it." I just looked at him and said "Yeah!". So he watched me go through the gate.
  • Watch out - One "scapler" was a tricky bastard. He was outside the parking booth. I thought he was the attendant as he was wearing a light colored windbreaker and Spectrum hat. He gestured for me to stop and came up to my window. I asked how much (parking charge) and was ready to hand him the $20 bill in my hand. He came back: $75 each and showed tickets. I said nope, sorry, and drove the other 20 feet to the booth. He persisted and came up to me at the booth and said he had floor seats close to the stage. Suuure you do... The parking attendants seemed to be in cahoots with him let him work their lanes.

We had an extra ticket we were planning to sell off for beer money. But after that and the incoherent teens and young 20's near our spot, we decided that the cost of empty seat was worth not having to deal with potential issues.
  • BEWARE of fake bills!!! Honestly. I almost sold a guy an extra at a show a few weeks ago in Philly and he handed me 2 fake $20s....
