Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

    Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing . . . .

On Saturday you should be OK by car (not horrible rush-hour traffic)... I did the train to the subway and it was pretty easy. Train is like 20-25 minutes and subway was under 10 minutes. $9 total and its pain-free - I would imagine a cab would be $30ish?
  • Drsluggo...if the Philly Subway goes on strike on Saturday...driving is going to be CAOS with the Phillies game, the Flyers game, no Subway and the PJ concert...so people should give themselves LOTS of time.

i think the transit strike is on hold until monday. that was the last word, temp agreement till then.

take the train from the airport, get off at market street. walk less then a block and hop on the broad street subway. get off at spectrum/sports arenas.

a cab is running 28 into center city, prob less to the spectrum as it is closer.
