Phillies "HOPE" Shirt at 10/28 Show

Someone up in the 300 level, Mike's side, had a Maroon T-shirt with "HOPE" in white. The "P" was the Phillies logo, and it was done in the style of the Robert Indiana "LOVE" series of sculptures/prints.

Can anyone tell me exactly where to find this shirt? I couldn't stop looking up at it when the person would hold it over the railing! It even ended up on the big screens at one point!
