    you wouldn't have liked last night's show then, Game Three is Saturday you better believe I'll have my Phils gear on.

    I think he was asking if they are not selling the sports themed t-shirts like they did on the west west side of the west coast, not if people will be wearing phillies jerseys. And no, so far no sports shirts.

    the question is whether they are selling sports themed shirts, not what people are wearing. From what I have heard the answer is no.

    yes, there are no "Pearl Jam/themed sports teams shirts" for sale at any of the booths...I am pretty sure this will not be happening at all!

    It's because the band are being sued for copywrite infringement re sports shirts.

    I talked to someone in the know who said they are still trying to work out a deal to sell the shirts at the Halloween show. Hopefully they come through.

    BTW - there was a girl singing with the band outside the arena with a PJ Phillies shirt on Wednesday. Someone also told me they saw someone inside that night with the same shirt.

    I will be looking tonight, I thought I saw a Phillie Pearl Jam shirt last night while leaving, I should have asked the Guy wearing it!!!

    Don't feed the rumor. It would be a fairly well publicized thing, and nobody has seen it on any news source.

    The rumor about the legal issue at hand is indeed true. A gentleman wearing a suit who was doing some paperwork with the person working at the merch stand outside the venue confirmed this rumor for me last night.

    As I posted last night, they are trying to work something out to sell the shirts at the show tonight.

    Not sure if anyone is still looking for shirts but i still have some left that i had made up for the weekend. They are not the same as the ones pj was selling at the halloween show but they have pj in a phillies logo and spectrum 09 on the back. If anyone is interested pm me they are a whole lot cheaper than the craziness on ebay thanks
