    what the hell are they?
Empty pockets will allow a greater sense of wealth.
Why contain yourself like any other book on the shelf?

Subtle voices in the wind hear the truth they're telling.
A world begins where the road ends.
Watch me leave it all behind.

Tapes that Stone and Jeff sent to Ed through Jack Irons when he was in San Diego right after Andy Wood passed away. SUpposedly after Ed got done sufing he came in and recorded lyrics for footsteps, once, and alive and called it the Mamasan Trilogy.

i knew the story behind the pre-ten tapes sent, just was unaware that they were called "Mamasan Trilogy".

    Thanks for the clarity.

Green River, Malfunkshun, Mother Love Bone, Andrew Wood, Bad Radio, Mookie Blaylock, and then of course Live PJ from 91-93.

And I'm not living this life without you, I'm selfish and clear
And you're not leaving here without me, I don't wanna be without
My best... friend. Wake up, to see you could have it all
  • I got them...they were on the "Chapter" bootleg I bought over 10 years ago.
Bob Loblaw's Law Blog: "Why should YOU go to jail for a crime someone else noticed?"
  • The quality it just awful which is such a pity as they are quite simply one of the most important pieces of Pearl Jam history so every fan should hear them at least once ;)
