But what abou tailgate time!!! haha. if the lines are 45 minutes long, then I won't chill in the lot and pound a few brews.
Kill two birds with one stone. Drink some beers while waiting in line to get your tix.
the tickets were amazing! sect 214 row 11 stone's side. i'm still in awe. THANK YOU TEN CLUB.
oh, and they refunded the $15 parking charge when we drove out

They did refund the $15 for parking? Good.
I had heard some people saying they told them that they weren't refunding the money but that they could bring their ticket back that night to park without paying again. I was planning to take the subway to get back to the show, so this makes me happy.
Thanks for the report.
I think you should definitely pound a few brews in the lot, then buy two $8.25 beers when you get inside. You need two so when you spill one all over the people near you, you have an extra. Don't forget to go "WOOOOOOH, PEARL JAM" really loud and really often.
no worries! thou it should be mentioned that we were not coming back with the car so it literally was an in and out deal...i'm sure they'll let you for that purpose.

Don't forget to be a sober square. "i'm here to enjoy the art that is the music". Tool.
hahahahhaha this might be my favorite exchange I've seen on here... for both sides.
To answer your question... got there around 4 on Tuesday with no line and 6:30 on Wednesday with no line. Couldn't have been easier
So you are an "enhancement drinker".... I forgot that Alcohol enhances EVERYTHING. Remember that before you go for a drive next time! The funny thing is, the alcohol actually detracts from your ability to "enjoy the art that is the music." So you are actually either an idiot, or your self esteem is so low, you need alcohol to "cut loose."
Don't confuse someone not wanting to sit next to a drunk a$$hole, with someone being a sober square. I like beer more than you do, While traveling for work I have tried more types of beer from all over the world than you can ever hope to. But you won't catch me paying $8.25 for a can of "racing beer" at a concert. Not only will I not pay that much for swill, but I want to actually remember the concert and be considerate of those around me. My being a "sober square" doesn't affect anyone else's night at the concert. There are other people at the concert than YOU, think of them for a change.

Testify. Drunk "EDDIE" woo boys embarass selves and others. On the other hand, where would PJ fandom be without the Legend of the Hartford Pisser or the Tale of the Boston Puker, though?

Get off your high horse, prick. You extrapolate one post about me inquiring bout "tailgate time" to have a few beers (which thousands of people do, and enjoy), to painting me as some beligerent alchololic. Not only is it incredibly absurd to make such a leap, its highly offensive and uncalled for. Seriously, get over yourself. Its a rock show. Maybe you should tell Eddie not to slug wine, so as that he can perform better just for YOUR enjoyment of the show.
Yes, it would be nice if you were "considerate" of those around you, by sitting for the entire show and not uttering a peep. In fact, better yet, don't show up. I hear James Taylor is coming to town in the next year or so. Oh, when Eddie incites the crowd into a "lets go Phillies chant", be sure not to partake in something so sophomoric and neanderthalic - it might ruin you enjoyment of the artform.
Now go enjoy your organic soy latte at your local star bucks to read the online version of the new Harry Potter book - so you and Paulo can discuss it at your next yoga class.
F**K YOU, you condescending prick.
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
I plan on being a considerate drunk this weekend.
... but I brought a beer just in case
Haha yeah that was a pretty quick thread detour wasn't it. Glad the 10c lines are good - we probably won't make it before 6-7 on Friday either as we have an 8 hour drive tomorrow and can't start before 8:50am.

Good one !! Very funny response !!
Why so sensitive? Is it that time of the month? I think you should re-read my first post, it's written in jest. It does not say anything personal about you, it's a generalization about drunk assholes. It's not my fault that your reading comprehension is not that good.
