I've been wanting to read this book for awhile (i'm not much of a reader) and i'm finally going to order it online. I'm just wondering what the difference is between the book with the same cover as the CD and the book that has the cover that's black and white with the bus and a lot of writting on it? Thanks for your help :D
If you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about.

  • You should buy the book.

Within my top 5 of all time.

I believe the only difference in the books is the publication date. I don't recall there being an after note in the later one that has the movie shot on the cover.

Also after reading this if you haven't already pick up Into Thin Air by John Krakauer
  • no difference at all. its the same text, whichever cover you purchase

no difference. they always do a movie tie-in cover to get people that saw the movie to buy the book. it's the same book.
