First time i went to America in 1984 I remember drinking Mountain Dew and thinking it was the best pop drink I'd ever tasted.

I heard about this on the radio, that's Caron Butler of the Wizards I believe. I don't drink sodas but on long road driving trips they're the best thing to drink, they've more caffeine than coffee.

Hmmm...They don't have Mountain Dew where you are at? Also, I was surprised you called it "pop". I live in the midwest, USA. We call it "pop" but hardly any other place does. Most call it "soda" or "soda pop".
Lastly, I sat next to a guy from China here in Micigan at a PJ show. I wonder if it was you.
    Save room for dessert!

I could qualify as a quasi Dew addict, not as severe as Butler, but it is my soda of choice. Generally have a 20 oz. with lunch every day, and often some more at night while watching the tube. But I don't drink coffee and haven't had alcohol for 19 years, so I'm probably not gonna kick the Dew habit like he did, need some vice. I did give up soda for Lent one year and it was a little rough, nothing like he described, but got a few lack of caffeine headaches the first couple of days.

But I don't have the snazzy Dew jammies, have seen them at Wal Mart, didn't get the urge to buy.
    This weekend we rock Portland

No, it wasn't me. I'm in China now, and I'm not Chinese, I'm English.
