Anyone plan on reading Anne Rices new book, Angel Time?

I was a huge fan of most of her older stuff, but lost interest with her new 'Christ the Lord' stuff. But I've been hearing a little buzz about her new novel and was wondering if anyone has read it or plans on picking it up?
Pick up my debut novel here on amazon: Jonny Bails Floatin (in paperback) (also available on Kindle for $2.99)

I'm on the same boat, Jesus screw the vampires, if I find good reviews I could give her a try.

i've seen a lot of good reviews, but I understand she gets a little preachy in this one too. Not sure if it will affect the story too much though. I just love her style and miss reading her stuff.
I'm very curious, so i think i'll wait and pick it up used for cheap after a few months.

Arq, did you read all the last vampire books (Blackwood fArm, Blood canticle)?

Tempted to pick it up. Is that a sin? Would Anne approve of me thinking that?

I read most of her work through the combination of the Vampire/Mayfair Witches series, and really enjoyed them. Never read her 'christ' books though.
"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

I was a big fan of the Vampire Chronicles. I was disappointed when she said she wasn't going to write them anymore. The new book sounds like it might be good.
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.
