halloween in philly will be my 30th pearl jam show!

just thought i'd share that little tidbit of happiness for me with you all...;)
i am just so EXCITED for the shows 10.30 and 10.31.....and what a milestone show 10.31, on all levels, will be for me and for us all i imagine!

    Im such a newbie but would also Love to see smile either 10/30 or 10/31
    My 2nd and 3rd shows~!

    With the fan views plus my VA Beach experience last year ... I am amped
    PJ shows completely trump the eV solo tours i saw in albany and NYC... not to say they werent amazing in their own way

    one of my great pj friendstravel buddies hit her 60th show at i think the london show this year. :shock:

    i just enjoy how the milestone happened to coincide with night 4 of the run, halloween and the closing of the spectrum. kismet. :mrgreen:

    That is so awesome! 10/30 and 10/31 will only be 7 and 8 for me, but on 10/31 I'm taking my dad. He introduced me to PJ back when I was in 7th grade, and bought me my first copy of Ten. I still have it. We've never been in the same place at the same time when PJ was playing, so I've never been able to share the experience of seeing them live with him. But my parents are coming to visit because I just had a baby and their visit coincides with the halloween show! I'm so excited! Plus with it being the last show at the Spectrum I'm thinking it's going to be an amazing night and hopefully early morning!

    You are in for a treat, Ed made a comment about playing on Halloween until 2 AM or later.

    My guess is the play every song from Ten that night, alla Uncle Bruce and Born to Run.

    So excited about the Halloween show, it will be number 50. Hopefully they play Otherside for you. If we are making requests how about Angel. On a more realistic wish how about Oceans?

    I'd LOVE to hear Other Side.
    I'm also hoping for Alone and/or BRY as I've never seen them live either.

    Ok so I had to check my stats and Halloween is my 30TH show also! I thought I had a few more than that but I must have been counting my Ed Solo shows.

    i remember in verona 2006, tht night was some fan's 250th pearl jam show. :shock: 250! i believe all the band members signed her ticketstub before 10c gave it to her. idk for certain, just what i heard....but none the less, amazing.


    and very, very cool to see so many others celebrating 30 10.31, and all the other milestones.....and you bet....all the other side love. 8-)

    the 4 shows would've been sweet for sure, but it was a wise choice for me to forego the first 2 and just hit the weekend gigs. sure, a few of the tunes played thus far have hurt ;)....but not too bad. bring on the weekend! i can't believe.....tomorrow!
