Just realized while listened to SLC 09 official boot in its entirety...that entire show i was in the kitchen slaving making goodies for tomorrow's tailgating...
Here's what i got, recipe's included in case anyone cares or needs...:
Korean Steak on a Stick (this is seriously amazing and a huge tailgating hit!!!):
-1 1/4 lbs flank steak
-6 scallions, finely chopped
-1/2 cup cider vinegar
-1/4 soy sauce
-1/4 honey
-2 tbsp sugar
-1 tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
-1 tsp chili powder
-2 garlic cloves
cut flank steak into strips, stick em on skewers, yum!!!
Chicken Souvlaki:
-1/4 lemon juice
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
-1/4 white vinegar
-1 clove garlic
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1.5 lbs of chick tenders
skewer these mofos as well!
tzatziki sauce (its a really delicious cucumber yogurt that is perfect for the chicken):
-2 (8oz) containers of greek yogurt
-2 cucumbers (peeled/seeded/minced
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-salt/pepper for taste!!!
-1 tablespoon fresh dil
-3 cloves garlic.
ok now that is just for the grill... also bringing:
-ruffles chedder and sour cream chips
-frito scoops - great for dipping!!!
-onion dip
-butterscotch krimpet tastykakes
-a box of fuckin ring dings
-two bags sun flower seeds, one of which is ranch flavored
Drinks:
-one liter bottle on smirnof
-one 750 ml bottle johnny walker black
-6 pack of sam adams octoberfest
-24 pack poland spring water
-12 pack lipton citrus green tea
other:
-two bags of grass
-seventy-five pellets of mescaline
-five sheets of high-powered blotter acid
-a saltshaker half-full of cocaine
-a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers
-a quart of tequila
-quart of rum
-a case of beer
-a pint of raw ether
-two dozen amyls
and so far... this is just for my brother and me...so excited about the fun tomorrow will bring.
prolly blast some saratoga 00 while partying!

maybe I'm getting old (28), but in all my years of seeing PJ and TONS of other shows I have never knew what party favors I would be getting at a show and exactly where to find them in some cases. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is next? Is there any way I can give u my credit card number and/or social securtiy number so that I may be able to pre order blow? It is probably a little less obvious than displaying on a message board what product you have and where you are, but come on! Next time you traffic 40 kilos of coke to a concert be sure and let me know! Ill buy from another guy
