Washington, DC Tailgate at the Spectrum 10/31

My friend and I are making the drive up from DC for the weekend, going to the show on 10/31. We are currently working to make the itinerary for Saturday, as we plan to pack a lot in. We're planning on catching the Flyers game in the afternoon and then hanging out until the show.
Is anyone from DC planning on having a tailgate before the concert? I figured it could be a cool way to not only hang out with other PJ fans, but also meet some other people from the DC area. We aren't going to be driving to the show, so unfortunately we can't offer up a spot. Basically just looking to see where fellow DC'ers might be hanging out before the show.
