After 4 years up here, I've learned to ignore those reports unless we're within 24 hours of a forecast.

The most likely scenarios will be daily temps ranging from low 50s to low 60s, and overnight lows in the upper to lower 40s, with chance of rain at any point throughout the week.

I'm just going to play it by ear and pack my suitcase to cover the varied possibilities. So I'll pack a hoodie or two, a light raincoat (layering is always a possibility) and an umbrella. Jeans or khakis every day. 2+ of each: Long-sleeved and short-sleeved T's. Closed shoes no matter what. Am I missing anything?

canada goes by celsius, while usa goes fahrenheit

so around the 60f range, it's a 15c.
so a sweater or jacket in philly for the week.
