**NYC EV Pre-Party Fundraisers**

All of you going to the NYC shows, come hang out before the show!!

FOR 8/5 SHOW:
Fundraising probably will start around 4:00

If anyone is driving into the city tomorrow from Long Island in the early part of the day, we may need some help from you, picking up some more t-shirts.
If anyone thinks they can help with this please contact me or Foxy Mop.

We also need raffle items for 8/5, so if you have any PJ or EV items to donate, please bring them by the fundraiser.



Please post here if you know you are coming and I will update this thread with a list.
Also if you have any items to donate for a raffle (posters, 10Csingles ect.), please let me know.

    So the idea is to pre-party before picking up tickets, then wait at the venue? Or will anyone be coming here between tickets and doors?

    yes, decides to dream had started to rally folks up for 8/5. But looks like we're into the same place to meet, so we'll just combine meetup/dinner/fundraiser, the more the merrier.

    This place is a bar/restaurant, so if you are under 21 you can probably come hang out, just not at the bar.

    As for ticket pickups, i'm not sure how that is working but I would contact the venue/10C to ask for sure. For the west coast shows, 10C pickup wasn't until they opened the doors for the venue.

    i believe cc answered earlier. since it is a bar/restaurant, you will probably be ok at a table, just not AT the bar. :)

    The bar is around the corner from the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital complex. The area is fine.

    Uh, this is not Harlem. It's Washington Heights. I spent two years going there every day for school and work. The area is perfectly safe. But since I live in Harlem, I feel that I can say, that was not nice.

    Really looking forward to Monday!

    Hi washed, I haven't been to Coogan's for like a year, but I seem to remember it being more of a bar than a restaurant? Didn't even realize that they served food, actually. I could totally be wrong and I hope I am, but I think maybe you should call and double check before you make the schlep and are possibly disappointed...just call information and say Coogan's on Broadway in NYC and ask them about it so you know for sure. Hope to see you there!
