First, does anybody know where and when this version of Crazy Mary was played?

Second, who agrees that this is perhaps the greatest performace by McCready in history?

Third, is there any live song that surpasses this level of emotion/intensity?
I don't have that many boots, and for me no song touches this one in terms of energy.
