Tailgating

I was wondering if tailgating was legal in philly ( I am assuming it is). That being the case, is anyone having a tailgating party.

    There will be thousands of people tailgating....

    There is also a pre-party at Mcfaddens....

    its very legal as long as you dont act like a jackass and keep your favorite beverage in a plastic cup. I think the enitre city is throwing a tailgate party that day
    Small my table, seats just 3, its not crowded, its just lucky me
