i was in the process of buying a house this summer with my wife and couldn't afford to buy 10C tix to anything other than Halloween (and I had to beg). Anyway we are back on our feet and I took a 2nd job so that I could get tix to the other three shows. I got some nice ones for the first and second, and am looking at the 3rd one. My question is, will a rearview ticket at the spectrum be ok? I've done it before at the Verizon Center in DC and thought it was mighty fine, but was just wondering if it could be obstructed?

  • You should be fine, and the sound in that place is amazing no matter where you're at

I know that...I figured I would, it would just suck to not get to see them. Usually it's the cheap way to see them close up.

i dont think they would sell the tickets if you couldnt see the band. They usually rope off the first few rows where you cant see the band.
I've sat behind stage at other places, and personally once you start getting past the center ice sections at the front of the stage, I would rather be lower level behind the stage
  • I LOVE rear of stage at the Spectrum..It has served me well thru the years...My cousin changed her mind since she's a rabid Phillies fan, so I had to give up Wednesday rear of stage for Tuesday $$$$ Lower level. I have always loved rear of stage over rear floor or anything past 201 0r 214.....

My brother sat rearview the last time that PJ played the Spectrum and he said that it was one of his best experiences at a show. He's been to 20+ PJ shows too. It would be interesting seeing them from a different perspective. He was 200 level rearview so he could see what was going on behind the scenes, it might be different from the 400 level.

yeah it's in the lower 220 section row 13 so I think it'll be pretty good...behind the scenes is fun, as is seeing everyone in the crowd from the band's perspective

I'm PUMPED for my rear/side view seats on the 30th. Section 324A. I probably wouldn't even mind if I ended up rear view for the 31st. I like to watch Cameron a lot so it works out great

as far as rear view- needless to say the stage is an open setup and there is no black curtain .
