bus fun

just this morning, i saw a funeral procession, sat next to someone with a tri-cone hat, and saw a guy hitting himself with a fly swatter on the corner.

gotta love riding the bus in berkeley lol

    haha nope! i didn't see any flies on the guy, but maybe it was a preemptive strike sorta deal

    but but...it matches the tassles on those shoulder pads - I want some of those too.

    I got on a late bus last night and there were two young guys 20's with their faces painted white with black eyes and ears!!! :)
    They were both wearing black nylon tights and black t-shirts with white shoes.That was all.
    They looked like bastard children of Kiss,Clockwork Orange and that Robbie Williams video where his face is painted black and .... can't remember the song :?

    What was funnier though was that everyone on the bus was doing the whole "I'm just gonna ignore them,stay away,appear bemused"

    I sat behind them and commented on their make up ... to discover that they had been at a Halloween Party.

    ha, I ride the berkeley and oakland bus lines all the time! ac transit, woot! :D

    yeah I've had some strange/funny encounters, mostly chatty older people. I'm sure I'll have some funny stories to tell soon, though.

    Ah, the bus...

    After checking the seats for body fluids, I notice that the same character types abound: The Cougher. The Sleeper. The Commentator who spouts about God, government, or aliens. The Creepy Starer who everyone avoids eye contact with. And The Person Talking On His or Her Phone- except there is no phone!

    Damn---I miss all the fun driving a car!!

    The bus in Seattle from the airport! OMG--so packed. I sat across from a guy who was from Nigeria, I think, and only had SOCKS on his feet!! Yeah--it was rainy out too. The guy next to me told me that the shoeless guy had run out of his house in a hurry. Fun times---but no crazy hats or anything.
    So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream
