    I love the Misfits('77 to '83 era). Walk Among Us is their best album in my opinion. The melody and the choruses are very catchy. I also really like Earth A.D. but the songs on that album are a bit more hardcore as far as song structure goes (i.e. no sing along choruses). I used to have a video bootleg of a show they did in Detroit back in '82 and it looked like a madhouse. I kind of wish Danzig and Jerry would put aside their differences and do some Misfits shows together instead of Jerry screaming out the lyrics while playing bass for the "misfits".

    I read a story where Danzig was staying up in a hotel and Jerry went to visit and to ask if he and Glenn could bury the hatchet. I guess Danzig told Jerry to leave as soon as he saw him.

    yeah, i remember reading that. i think its safe to say that Glenn knows how to hold a grudge for a loooooooooong time ! :lol:

    I like Static Age better, but Walk Among Us is great too! Glenn Danzig is the shit! :)

    Also, every time I am driving in New Jersey on Rt 80 and I pass the exit for Lodi, I want to start a punk band.

    Yeah. The material on Static Age is also amazing. I used to have a fantasy where gogo cage dancers are dancing to the song "Static Age."

    big fan of this album, although i usually skip 'skulls' many a local band have covered that, overplayed it & massacred it

    edit : didn't doyle & danzig do a misfits set in 2005?
