Somebody H-E-L-P meee (photoshop related)

Can anyone tell me how I can make a speech bubble that looks like the top bubble in this picture? I'm not worried about the tail of the bubble....just how to achieve the actual main bubble part. I've tried and tried but can't do it!!! :x

I would make a white circle->merge it with a blank layer 1 below->then just put a bunch of black circles around the edge to get that inside curve->merge those black circles into a blank layer 2->use the magic wand and select the black circles in layer 2->select your 1st layer and hit delete-> then delete the 2nd layer->then add a stroke to the 1st layer.

Not sure how great this will work and I'm not that great at directions, so what I just said probably doesn't make sense.

Hi, Bring the image into Photoshop and trace around it with the freeform pen tool.

Brisk.

Just do it in Word? There is a few buttons to make different ones lol, just drag for the size you want?

But I need a shitload of different sized ones etc for our comic....so probably won't work this way....
